Return Policy

International orders (from outside the EU) are final and cannot be returned. We only accept returns within the European Union. In this case, the customer can return the product (in its original state) within 14 days after receipt and without giving reasons.

Revocations may be announced in writing. Revocations can be addressed as an e-mail to: info@vintage-sunglasses.de. The product then must be returned to: VSA Fashion GmbH, Rungestr. 18, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

The return shipment must take place in form of a registered mail piece invariably. 
 

Consequences of revocation:

The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded. In case of a flawless return the VSA Fashion GmbH refunds the entire purchase price. The customer has to pay the costs of return.
 

Exemption from revocation:

Individually manufactured items (eyeglasses and sunglasses) for customers are non-returnable.
