We collect personal data on this website only in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy policy we want to inform you how and why we handle personal data.

 

Server logfiles

Every time you access our website, we collect and store data automatically submitted by your browser in our server logs. These are:

  • Referrer URL (last visited site)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address - anonymized)
  • Date and time the website was called up
  • The names of the subpages called up by you

We are not able to assign this server data to any specific person. This data will not be merged with other data sources. The data is deleted after 4 weeks.

We only store the data for the purpose of contacting you, process your order and in order to enable your login. Your data will not be passed on to any third party without your consent.

Secure data transmission

All data are transferred via SSL encryption

Please be aware that any data transfer via the internet may not be secure (e.g. communication via email). It is not possible to ensure absolute data protection against attacks by third parties.

 

Storage of data

We advise you that for the purpose of making the purchasing process easier for you and for the subsequent processing of a contract by the web shop operator, we use cookies to store the subscriber's IP data, as well as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, together with other data provided by the recipient of the invoice.

We don’t save or store your credit card data as they will transferred directly to your payment provider.

The data already provided by you are required to fulfil the contract and to implement pre-contractual measures. Without these data we are unable to conclude the contract with you. Data are not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of withdrawing the purchase price and also to our tax consultant to fulfil our obligations under tax law and to data service providers, who ensure the operation of our database and our IT and newsletter system. We have concluded a contract with these parties for the processing of data in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

When a purchase process is abandoned, the data stored by us are erased; just the data of your registration will be stored for further login. In the event that a contract is concluded all the data arising from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (10 years).

The data are processed on the basis of the statutory provisions in Section 96(3) Telecommunications Act and Art. 6(1) letter a (consent) and/or letter b (necessary for compliance with a legal obligation) of the GDPR.

 

Cookies

Cookies are small files that enable the storage of specific information related to the visitor’s device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). On the one hand, these cookies make websites user-friendlier and, on the other, they collect statistical data on the website’s use and analyses them to improve the range of offer, which enables us to optimise these pages to suit your needs.

The IP-address that your Browser conveys within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google.
