His passion for antiquated objects and urge for uniqueness were the original ideas which propelled Chris to turn his hobby into a vocation.

Being himself an enthusiastic antique collector and based on his own interest in fashion & lifestyle, he combined these both aspects of his life and, at first, found the one-man business known today as the firm Vintage-Sunglasses.de.

In Berlin, working from a small room in his apartment, he made his way off in search of old sunglasses, which he himself liked. Shortly thereafter, he shared his collection with others and soon his endeavors were greeted with overwhelming fervour in the city and among collectors & enthusiasts from all over the world. Within three months time, the demand for the vintage originals grew to such an extent that Vintage-Sunglasses.de had to expand. Thanks to its exclusive offerings and reliable customer service, Vintage-Sunglasses.de continues to grow on a regular basis.

Today, a large office has replaced the small room in Chris’s apartment. Chris is no longer alone and is supported, at times, by more than a dozen professionals. And all of them have one thing in common: The passion for truly exceptional sunglasses.

Ben D.

Ben was the first to be totally drawn in from the fascination of vintage sunglasses.
Enthusiastically, he took over purchasing and maintains today contact to a numerous of partners throughout Germany. Often, he travels either with his super bike or, sometimes, with his car throughout the republic, in order to gather these highly treasured objects.

Carol

It was Carol’s idea to translate the website into Japanese. Carol is half-Japanese and takes care of the Japanese clientele. Beside all translations, she is also responsible for company marketing in Japan.

Toni

Toni drew up the first draft for the website and is responsible today for the entire website graphic layout and design. His work has been applauded by many and we receive numerous compliments from out the entire world on a continuous basis.

Ben K.

Ben´s area is sales. He manages the entire daily workload, takes care of accounting and the company's inventory and focuses on keeping our customers happy across the world.

René
