Return Policy
The customer can return the product (in its original state) without giving reasons within 1 month. The term begins on receipt of the product by the customer.
Cancellations must be made in writing and within 1 month of the customer receiving the product. Cancellations must be addressed to info@vintage-sunglasses.de. The product must be returned to: VSA Fashion GmbH, Knobelsdorffstr. 29-31, 14059 Berlin, Germany.
Return options: In case of an effective return – both sides have to return their share in the state of reception. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded.
In case of a revocation V-S.de refunds the entire purchase price for a flawless product. V-S.de refunds the shipping costs if the purchase price is more than 40 Euro.
